Krish is a former solicitor with seven years of property and probate law experience at two of the UK's leading law firms, Slaughter and May and Mishcon de Reya. He has spent over a decade buying property professionally, specialising in complex and problem properties that other buyers are not equipped to take on. That combination of legal training and hands-on property buying experience is the foundation Augusta Probate is built on. Krish leads the business directly and is involved in every acquisition.
Karina Savoie
Head of Strategy
Karina's background is in systems and engineering. She is responsible for streamlining Augusta's business operations and building the partnerships that make complex probate transactions move smoothly, from solicitor relationships to the network of professionals Augusta works with across the industry.
Aubrey Gilla
Acquisitions Manager
Aubrey sources and acquires inherited properties across Augusta's network, working directly with solicitors, family members, charities, and property professionals. She manages the acquisition pipeline from first contact through to completion.
